Julian Cobourne

Julian is Head of Regional Investment Management within the real assets, real estate equity team, and leads a multi-sector team of investment managers, managing assets for both internal and external clients across the UK regional markets. He specialises in regional offices and life science assets, with a focus on maximising income and value through leasing, lease regears, lease events, refurbishment and development projects.

Julian has been with Aviva Investors for 20 years and has undertaken a variety of roles with the business over that time, in roles based around investment management, fund management and development. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, he was a property controller at Somerfield Supermarkets Ltd with the responsibility for the estate management and development of trading stores around the UK. Julian began his career with Jones Lang LaSalle and worked across the business in the investment, fund management and property management teams.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Valuation and Estate Management from the University of the West of England, Bristol, and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
