Britt Holland–Ellice

Britt is responsible for cultivating enduring partnerships with third-party strategic accounts, platforms and fintech businesses involved in the retail value chain. Britt’s remit spans across all retail products, and her commitment to fostering strategic alliances over the long term, supports Aviva Investors’ growth plans in the evolving retail industry landscape. 

Britt’s professional focus over two decades has consistently been external strategic engagement and relationship building. Her diverse experience spans Asset Management, Retail and Institutional Fund Platforms, Securities Services as well as Investment Banking, having previously held a variety of leadership roles at firms such as Cofunds (Aegon), JP Morgan and ABN Amro. She also has significant professional experience in the Third Sector, specialising in educational philanthropy, and strategic engagement with HNW and UHNW donors. Britt holds a Masters’ degree in English Literature.
