Kris McPhail

Kris is the Co-Fund Manager for the Lime Property Fund and a Director in the Real Estate Long Income team.

Kris has 17 years' real estate fund and asset management experience and joined Aviva Investors from M&G Real Estate where he was a Director within their real estate long income investment team. For the last 11 years, Kris has specialised in real estate long income and has excellent fund and asset management experience as well as an extensive track record in originating new investments. Prior to working at M&G Real Estate, Kris worked at Atisreal (now BNP Paribas Real Estate) in their investment valuations department, valuing real estate investments on behalf of their institutional clients. Kris started his career at Stiles Harold Williams where he worked as a general practice surveyor and qualified as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors ('RICS').

Kris holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management and an MSc in International Business and Finance from the University of Reading. Kris is also a member of the RICS and holds the IMC.
