John Troiano

John Troiano was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Aviva Investors Holdings Limited and Aviva Investors Global Services Limited in February 2025.  In addition, John is a member of the Aviva Investors Audit, Risk, and Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

John is an experienced asset management executive having spent his career with Schroders in a wide range of roles including investment research and analysis, fund management, and has worked across both retail and institutional channels. Most recently, as Head of Distribution, he was responsible for the design and implementation of business strategy globally and the oversight of sales and client service activities.  

John retired from Schroders in 2019 and has a number of non-executive directorships including with Hargreaves Lansdown where he is also a member of their Audit committee.
