Mikhaila Crosby

Mikhaila leads the Sustainability Research and Policy team, which is responsible for conducting thematic, sectoral, and in-depth research reviews on ESG high-risk transactions for the debt teams within Private Markets. The team also supports the Investment Committees and origination teams in making balanced decisions using financial and non-financial information. Mikhaila supports the ESG investment and origination strategy and leads on Policy research and advocacy for the Private Markets business.

Mikhaila previously worked in Aviva Investors’ RFP team as an ESG and Multi-asset & Macro specialist. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Mikhaila held senior sales positions at LGIM and Schroders. S

he is currently completing a Masters in Sustainability Leadership with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge.
