Main responsibilities
Nathan became Chief People Officer in December 2020 and is a member of the Aviva Investors Executive Committee and is responsible for delivering our people agenda to drive business performance and growth at Aviva Investors.
Experience and qualifications
Nathan joined Aviva Group in 2014 as HR Director, leading the UK learning function, delivering strategic capability development across the UK workforce. Prior to joining Aviva Group, Nathan was most recently the Head of HR at Barclays and previously Lead HR Business Partner supporting Global Functions (HR and Corporate Affairs). Nathan joined the investment industry as Senior HR Business Partner at Barclaycard after spending 10 years working in HR roles within the retail industry.
Nathan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Human Resource Management from Coventry University and a National Diploma in Agriculture & Business from Askham Bryan College.
