Main responsibilities
Penny leads our Global Client Relationship Management team and is responsible for the delivery of first-class client management across both our Institutional and Wealth channels. This includes pension funds, insurance companies and global banks invested across the Aviva Investors suite of products and strategies.
Penny ensures that our relationship and service offering evolves with the rapidly changing needs of our clients, acting as an advocate within the business to deliver a seamless and consistent client experience.
Experience and qualifications
Penny joined Aviva Investors (Norwich Union) in 2005 and was responsible for establishing and leading the UK Wholesale Channel Relationship Management team, creating a comprehensive service proposition for investors in our UK and SICAV fund ranges. In 2015, she assumed responsibility for the larger European Wholesale Client Service team before moving to her current global role in September 2019.
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Penny worked at Threadneedle Asset Management as a Channel Support Consultant, Sarasin Investment Management as a Sales Support Manager and at JPMorgan Fundshub as a Client Relationship Manager.
Penny holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
