Main responsibilities

Sally has day to day responsibility for leading the Transformation Programme required to implement one of Europe’s largest Asset Management outsourcing deals that will see Aviva Investors rationalise several third party outsource providers, supporting its liquid markets business, to one best-in-class supplier. She is accountable for delivering a more efficient and scalable operating model that consolidates the back middle and front office functions and transform the way we store and catalogue data to optimise Aviva Investors data capabilities in serving our clients. Sally serves on several governance and oversight committees and is a member of the Aviva Investors UK Fund Services Limited Board.

Experience and qualifications

Sally has an extensive background in asset management and has a breadth of experience from building and transforming compliance and risk functions, product development and, she was part of a small leadership team that launched Friends Life Investments, the asset management arm of Friends Life. Since starting her career at Fidelity investments, Sally has held senior positions within PWC’s regulatory consulting practice, LV= Asset Management and Friends Life Investments. Sally joined Aviva Investors as CRO for Europe and Retail Funds; more recently Sally was Global Director for Risk Transformation and Governance before moving into her current role. Sally holds a BA (Hons) European Business Studies, French & Spanish.
