Ben Luckett

Ben Luckett is the Managing Director of Venture Capital at Aviva. He was previously the Chief Innovation Officer and has held a variety of senior roles in finance, strategy and digital at Aviva.

Ben set up Aviva Ventures – the corporate venture capital vehicle – in 2015 and now leads the activity to deliver Venture into pension funds. He is Chair of Aviva Capital Partners which makes real asset investments. Additionally, Ben sits on a number of start-up company boards including Founders Factory and he represents Aviva externally on New Anglia Capital’s Board and as a member of the Eastern Powerhouse.

Prior to joining Aviva, Ben was senior marketing manager at Centrica where he was responsible for the online channel for British Gas. Ben started his career at Accenture as a change management consultant.
