Main responsibilities

Cynthia leads on deal execution & portfolio management for Aviva Ventures with a focus on Fintech & Insurtech and Climate & Sustainability sectors.

Experience and qualifications

Cynthia joined Aviva Ventures in 2023, having previously spent 4 years as Head of Group M&A at Aviva.

Prior to Aviva, Cynthia was an investment banker at both Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup in London, advising Financial Institutions.

Cynthia has led on a number of multi-billion M&A transactions and capital raisings, venture investments and primary fund commitments. She currently undertakes several LPAC seats and serves as a board observer at Rendesco.

Cynthia holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and is a CFA Charterholder.
