Main responsibilities
Luke leads the Multi-Asset Portfolio Management team within our Private Markets business which manages portfolios for a range of pension and insurance clients. He is Fund Manager of the Climate Transition Real Assets Fund which invests sustainably in value-add real estate and infrastructure across the UK and Europe, as well as directly owned forestry in order to achieve net zero by 2040.
Experience and qualifications
Luke has over 15 years’ experience of private markets. He joined Aviva Investors in 2008 and previously managed several multi-asset secure income portfolios within the Real Estate Long Income team. Prior to that Luke led the Portfolio Analysis team, where he was responsible for the financial underwriting of transactions and quantitative portfolio analysis, and worked as an Analyst in the Real Estate Research team.
He holds an MSc in real estate investment from Bayes Business School, an MA in Politics and Economics from the University of Cambridge, the Investment Management Certificate and is a CFA® charterholder.
