Biography

Main responsibilities

Neil is a Director within the Private Markets business responsible for sourcing, analysing and negotiating real estate transactions for the active equity funds. He joined the business in 2002 specialising in commercial real estate debt before moving to the equity side of the business where he has experience of both Long Income and Active Equity transactions. Neil has a successful track record across debt and equity in the core real estate sectors together with a in depth knowledge of the Higher Education and Student Accommodation market.

Experience and qualifications

Neil joined Aviva Investors specialising in commercial real estate, but has since been involved in lending to the Primary Care, PFI and Student Accommodation Sectors. Neil graduated in Economics from the University of East Anglia.
