Main responsibilities
Louise is a Senior Strategist in Aviva Investors’ Public Markets ESG Team, leading the firm’s Climate Stewardship strategy and shaping the broader Stewardship framework, including proxy voting and engagement. She had led the Climate Engagement Escalation Programme and design of engagement strategies for the Social, Natural Capital, and Climate Transition Global Equity Funds.
Experience and qualifications
Previously, Louise worked in Schroders’ Sustainable Investment team, covering ESG for the global consumer sector and corporate governance in North America and Asia-Pacific. She also held roles at HSBC, The Economist Asia, and WeLab Holdings.
Louise holds a BSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics, along with the IMC and certifications in ESG and Climate Investing from the CFA Institute. She also attended Duke University and the Chinese International School.
