Mark Wells

Mark co-manages the REaLM Commercial Assets Fund which seeks to deliver secure income by investing in long-term inflation-linked leases to high quality tenants. He is also the portfolio manager for the amortising lease and commercial ground rent mandates with Aviva UK Life and Pensions, which invests in matching adjustment eligible assets with structured leases and high quality tenants.

Mark joined Aviva Investors in 2015 and previously led the origination team, where he was responsible for sourcing and creating investment opportunities for Aviva Investors’ real estate long income funds, with a focus on Central Government, Local Authorities, the NHS and Universities. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Mark worked at BDO where he was a lead commercial, accounting and financial advisor on high value development projects. He has considerable experience in accommodation, leisure, renewable energy, waste, health, education, and private and social housing projects.

Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from University of East Anglia, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.
