Biography
Main responsibilities
Nick is a director within the Real Estate Debt Team responsible for sourcing and structuring new loans in the Real Estate sector.
Experience and qualifications
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, he spent 13 years at the Royal Bank of Scotland where he held a number of positions in the Corporate Banking division, before joining the Real Estate Finance Team in 2007. Nick has over 15 years of experience in managing, originating and structuring finance solutions across a wide range of asset classes and debt products.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Organisation Studies from Aston University.
