Responsabilidades principales
Mark dirige nuestro equipo de especialistas de inversión en activos reales en todo el mundo y es responsable de la unión y coordinación entre los equipos de inversión en activos reales, infraestructuras y deuda privada y los equipos de gestión de las relaciones con los clientes, marketing y ventas. Su equipo también se encarga de comercializar las relaciones con inversores expertos en activos reales de todo el mundo, así como de respaldar la distribución de toda nuestra capacidad de inversión. Además, el equipo participa en el desarrollo de nuevas estrategias y soluciones de activos reales, en colaboración con nuestros equipos de distribución e inversión, y se asegura de que nuestros productos y fondos se adecúen a sus objetivos y sean los mejores de su categoría. Mark es miembro del equipo de alta dirección de activos reales y productos globales.
Experiencia y calificaciones
Mark cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia de inversión y se incorporó a Aviva Investors en 2018. Comenzó su carrera profesional como analista de renta variable y gestora de carteras en Blairlogie y, más adelante, en Britannic Asset Management, para luego incorporarse a Standard Life Investments en 2003 como parte del equipo de estrategia y análisis del sector inmobiliario, donde se centró en estrategia de clientes y lanzamientos de nuevos productos. Ocupó varios cargos como director de clientes y de inversiones antes de empezar a dirigir el equipo de especialistas en bienes inmuebles en 2013 y, más adelante, un equipo coordinado de especialistas en mercados privados.
Mark tiene un grado (con honores) en Contabilidad en Finanzas, un máster en Finanzas y un diploma del IPF en Inversión inmobiliaria y Finanzas. Además, es socio del UKSIP (ASIP).
