George fa parte del Real Estate SLT, responsabile dei fondi europei e con leva finanziaria. È a capo del team di Aviva Investors con sede a Parigi e ha la responsabilità diretta delle linee europee relative alle pratiche di finanziamento, alle transazioni e alla gestione patrimoniale.
Esperienza e qualifiche
George vanta oltre dieci anni di esperienza in varie posizioni nel settore immobiliare, avendo lavorato nella gestione patrimoniale, degli investimenti e dei fondi nel Regno Unito e nell'Europa continentale.
Quando è entrato a far parte di Aviva Investors nel 2019, ha gestito il team europeo addetto alle transazioni prima di passare alla gestione dei fondi. Con la vendita di Aviva France nel 2021, ha costituito il team European Real Estate Equity con sede a Parigi, ristrutturandolo affinché le funzioni generassero performance e crescita.
Prima di entrare a far parte di Aviva Investors, è stato European Portfolio Manager presso Exeter Property Group con sede ad Amsterdam, dove ha messo a punto una strategia immobiliare per tutta l'Europa. Ancora prima, aveva lavorato presso Standard Life Investments dove è stato responsabile dell'acquisizione, dello sviluppo, della gestione patrimoniale e delle cessioni per tutti i tipi di attivi, prima di diventare Fund Manager presso Aberdeen Standard Investments. George ha conseguito una laurea in studi classici e un Master in Real Estate presso l'Università di Reading. È anche membro del Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
